Division Module
Server divisions, roles, and the member terminal
Divisions are groups within your server that members can join. Admins set them up through the Division Wizard. Members interact through the Division Terminal.
Division Terminal
The Division Terminal is a self-service panel deployed into a channel. Members can join and leave divisions without needing an admin after initial setup.
- When a member clicks Division Selection, they see buttons for each division
- Green = join | Red = leave
- Changes are staged — nothing happens until they click Submit
- If a member is in 2+ divisions, a dropdown lets them choose their Primary Division (shown with ★)
- Join buttons grey out once a member hits the server's division limit
Primary and Secondary Divisions
- Primary — A member's main division. They receive the primary member role, and optionally a default rank role if configured.
- Secondary — Any additional divisions. Members receive a secondary member role instead.
Members can change their primary at any time via the dropdown in the terminal. If they leave their primary, the bot automatically promotes one of their remaining divisions.
Welcome Messages
When a member joins a division for the first time, a welcome message can be posted to a designated channel. Configurable per division through the Division Wizard, including:
- Division name and logo
- Optional banner image
- Custom message text — use
{member}to auto-ping the new member - A sign-off with the leader's name
Commands
/lookup member:@someone
See which divisions a member belongs to and which is their primary (★).
/lookup division:name
List all primary and secondary members in a specific division.
/division wizard
Admin control panel for all division management.
Division Wizard (Admin)
Open with /division wizard. The wizard covers:
Divisions
- Create — Set a name, joinability, accent color, and logo. Assign leader role, primary member role, and optional secondary member role.
- Edit — Change any of the above for an existing division.
- Delete — Permanently removes the division and all member data. Requires typing
CONFIRM DELETE.
Welcome Messages
- Set up, edit, or remove a welcome message per division
- Configure destination channel, leader name, message text, and optional image
Terminal Config
- Terminal Image — Optional banner shown at the top of the terminal
- Terminal Text — Optional text shown below the image
- Max Divisions — How many divisions a member can join (1–10, default 1)
- Default Rank Role — An optional role given when a member joins their first division
